Our Billet Transfer Cases are made from 6061 Aluminium, and fully 5-Axis machined for superior accuracy, all parts are a direct replacement for the factory items.

Description
CT9A Main Housing CT9A transfer case billet main housing, with increased thickness in known failure points, the Main Housing is Critical for rigidity as if forms one half of the carrier assembly, and supports the pinion housing.
This is the main housing – replacing the OEM case housing adds rigidity which in turn leads to more reliable running of the crown wheel and pinion.
CT9A NON-ACD Housing CT9A billet side cover for non-ACD type transfer case (USDM). Can be used to convert your ACD Transfer Case, you will need to source the non-ACD viscous coupling separately. Critical for rigidity under extreme loads, as it forms one half of the carrier support.
CT9A Pinion Housing CT9A billet transfer case pinion housing. Improves rigidity and alignment of the pinion and prevents crown wheel and pinion failure.
CT9A Tail Shaft Support CT9A billet transfer case Tail Shaft Support, with bronze bushing, genuine Mitsubishi seal & shroud already fitted.
CT9A Pinion Housing Breather Plate CT9A billet breather housing with -AN fitting for extended breather.
CT9A Inspection Cover CT9A billet finned inspection cover – additional cooling and a bit of bling.
